1. Start by painting your nail a light blue colour
2. With a white nail art pen draw on 3 - 5 circles around your nail and add on smaller dots around the edges
3. With a silver nail art pen dot onto the smaller dots ( I feel like im saying dot alot haha )
4. Add a rhinestone in the middle
4. Finish with a top coat or glitter :)
